
After recently visiting the French capital, here are my recommendations for where to eat and drink!
Restaurant recommendations:
Septime – Rue Saint-Bernard - described as a hip neo-bistro.
Les Arlots – Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière – known for its modern take on traditional French meat dishes.
Restaurant Passerini – 12th arrondissement – traditional Italian restaurant.
La Résidence (Ground Control) - 81 Rue du Charolais - this restaurant is a collaboration with the UNHCR-backed Refugee Food Festival.
Chez Alain Miam Miam – this market stall is very popular on social media with over 50,000 followers across all platforms.

Bar recommendations:
Le Syndicat - described as a great place to discover forgotten tastes of French alcohols - cocktails priced around 10 euros.
Combat - 19th arrondissement - cocktail bar with some of the best views of Paris.
L'Avant Comptoir du Marché - tapas restaurant known for its excellent local wines.
Les Trois 8 - famous for its craft beer - prices range from 4.50 euros - 9.50 euros for a pint.
Candelaria - a Mexican themed cocktail bar - signature drink is The Guêpe Verte (tequila, cucumber, coriander, agave, lime and pepper).
